OUR FOUNDERS

In 2007, as a sophomore in college, Long-Co started a student organization at UCI with a group of her friends to address the lack of medical care in Vietnam. Over the years she led M.E.M.O. to expand and develop effective programs to combat health disparities and lack of opportunities to rise from abject poverty. She hopes that M.E.M.O. continues to be a forum to empower students to lead the way to effect change. She practices Internal Medicine at UCI. In her free time, she likes to cook, pretend to hate her cats, and hike.
